Brympton is such a remarkable estate, and we are delighted to be supporting you as your wedding plans begin to take shape. Our role is to help guide you through the planning process, keep the key details organised, and make sure the right information is gathered at the right time so that your wedding day can run as smoothly as possible.

​

Team BEE is an independent wedding coordination team, separate from Brympton House. We work closely with the venue and its nominated and compulsory suppliers, but we are third-party wedding professionals engaged to support the planning and coordination of your celebration.

What happens next?

 

Shortly after booking, we like to arrange a relaxed “nice to meet you” call. This is a lovely opportunity for us to get to know you, hear about your wedding vision, and understand the style, atmosphere and priorities you have in mind for your day.

​

There is no pressure to have everything decided at this stage. The first call is simply a chance to begin the conversation and help you feel clear about what happens next.

​

When you feel ready to take that next step, please drop a line to your allocated coordinator and we will arrange a time to speak.

Exploring the planning site

 

In the meantime, please do take some time to explore the site. It has been designed to help you find useful information as your plans develop.

​

A good place to start is the Approved Suppliers section. Brympton has a carefully selected list of suppliers who know the estate well, and this is often the easiest starting point when thinking about catering, music, photography, floristry, styling and other key parts of the day.

​

You may also find the Useful Forms section helpful, particularly if you are:

• planning a church ceremony;

• considering a marquee or outdoor structure;

• thinking about supplier access or logistics;

• beginning to map out timings for the day.

 

It is also never too early to start thinking about where your guests will stay. Bedroom arrangements, accommodation options and guest logistics are always much easier when considered early in the planning process.

Our role

 

As your coordination team, we will help gather the details needed for the smooth running of your wedding, including supplier information, timings, guest flow and final planning notes.

​

Closer to the wedding, we will also work with you to ensure the venue has the essential information it needs, including your wedding day timings, supplier list and operational details.

​

We are here to make the planning journey feel calm, organised and enjoyable.
