Welcome to Brympton House
Supplier Agreement, Insurance & Safety Documents

Thank you for working with one of our couples at Brympton House.
Brympton is a Grade I listed private estate, and we are very grateful to every supplier who helps us protect the house, gardens, guests, staff and event team while delivering a beautiful wedding day.
Before attending site, all suppliers must complete the online supplier agreement and upload the required insurance and safety documents.
This normally includes:
  • Public Liability insurance;
  • Employer’s Liability insurance, where applicable;
  • risk assessments and method statements, where applicable;
  • PAT testing certificates, gas safety certificates, food safety paperwork, licences or any other documents relevant to the service you are providing.
Please complete this form and upload your documents as soon as possible.
This form should take approximately five minutes to complete. It must be submitted before a supplier can access or provide services at Brympton House.

Important Access Rule
For high-risk suppliers, the venue position is very simple:
No paperwork means no access to the estate.
No exception.
High-risk suppliers include caterers, evening food suppliers, food trucks, BBQ providers, mobile bars, alcohol suppliers, marquee or temporary structure suppliers, production, staging, lighting, sound, generator or power suppliers, fireworks, pyrotechnics, flame or smoke-effect suppliers, mandap or large installation suppliers, florists or stylists creating arches or suspended installations, transport providers, childcare providers, animal suppliers, toilet or sanitation suppliers, and any other supplier creating safety, licensing, insurance, operational or heritage risk.
This process is not intended to make life difficult. It is there to ensure that everyone working at Brympton House is properly insured, safely prepared and able to access the estate without last-minute issues.
Thank you for helping us keep wedding days calm, safe and beautifully run.
