We’re absolutely thrilled that you have booked your wedding at Brympton House. As part of your wedding booking agreement with the venue, you’ll need to take care of any loss or damage to the venue, as well as any that may occur to you, your suppliers, guests, or contractors. To ensure everyone is protected from any surprises, please share the important housekeeping information with your suppliers before booking their services. Additionally, remember to verify their insurance and public liability cover (to protect yourself) at the same time.

Let’s work together to make your celebration joyous and accident-free! Please complete this form at least 4 weeks before your special day. It requires uploading lots of essential information from your suppliers, so the best approach is to request copies of their event insurance and public liability cover as you book them. If they can’t provide it, it’s wise to consider other options—your insurer will appreciate you being thorough!

If you are hiring hair and/or makeup artists for your wedding day or the night before, have you made them aware of the details below?

Arrival on site is from the start of your contract time or from 8 am if you have booked the Pamper or Steve Beck suites.

Make-up and/or hair must be finished at least 30 minutes before the start of your ceremony

Please state the company name(s) of your hair and make-up up artists

Please upload a copy of your hair and/or make-up artist's insurance documents along with a copy of their public liability certificate.

If you are hiring a photographer or videographer for your wedding day or the night before, have you made them aware of the details below?

Arrival on site is from the start of your contract time or from 8 am if you have booked the Pamper or Steve Beck suites.

Drones are not permitted.

Please state the company name(s) of your photographers and videographers

Please provide copies of the insurance policies for your photographers and/or videographers, as well as their public‑liability certificates. This requirement is waived only for photographers or videographers who appear on the venue’s approved vendor list.

If you are having your wedding cake delivered to the venue, have you made the cake maker aware of the details below?

Cakes cannot be delivered before the start of your contract time.

There are limited facilities to chill cakes on site, so it is better if cakes can be delivered on the day as close to your ceremony time as possible.

Please state the company name of your cake maker

Please provide copies of the insurance policies for your cake maker, as well as their public liability certificates. This requirement is waived only for cake makers who appear on the venue’s approved vendor list.

If you are hiring entertainers during the day, e.g., a string quartet in the Great Hall or a steel band during the drinks reception, including a PA system for speeches, have you made your providers aware of the details below?

Arrival on-site is from the start of your contract time — for most wedding days, this is midday (unless you have booked a Deluxe wedding, when suppliers can arrive from 10 am).

Noise monitoring within the main venue limits the decibel level to 90 dB.

Percussion instruments are not allowed within the main venue under any circumstances to protect the delicate and fragile internal structure.

Light background music and PA systems are permitted in the dining areas. However, performers must be instructed that guests should not be encouraged to clap or stamp, as excessive vibrations can harm the delicate internal structure. Waving napkins is acceptable.

There is no restriction on either the dB level or the choice of instrument in the gardens or grounds (up to 9 pm), but please consider your wet weather plan before booking your performers, as some acts cannot be relocated inside in case of rain.

Please state the company name(s) of your daytime entertainment suppliers

Please provide copies of the insurance policies for your day time entertainment suppliers, as well as their public‑liability certificates. This requirement is waived only for daytime entertainment suppliers who appear on the venue’s approved vendor list.

If you are hiring entertainers during the evening, including bands and DJs, have you made your providers aware of the details below?

Arrival on-site is from 6 pm when your evening event manager, Wilson, arrives (unless you have booked a Deluxe wedding, when evening suppliers can arrive by arrangement at any time during the day).

Noise monitoring within the party barn limits the decibel level to 110 dB (reading taken outside).

There is no restriction on either the dB level or the choice of instrument in the gardens or grounds (up to 9 pm), but please consider your wet weather plan before booking your performers, as some acts cannot be relocated inside in case of rain.

Please provide copies of the insurance policies for your evening entertainment suppliers, as well as their public liability certificates. This requirement is waived only for evening entertainment suppliers who appear on the venue’s approved vendor list.
